"Truly let yourself go"

Nova Scotia

Nova Scotia

There's a place where a new discovery awaits around every corner and on every hilltop. Where history is still alive and fresh local food isn't a fad, but a way of life, and where the friendliest people you'll ever meet give you a warm welcome. Experience the rugged coastlines crashing against the ocean. You'll find it on the Nova Scotia Peninsula!

Nature reserves

With a surface area 1.5 times the size of the Netherlands, Nova Scotia boasts diverse and impressive natural landscapes: moose-dominated parks, the steep cliffs of Cape Breton, the enormous tidal range in the Bay of Fundy (at 16 meters, the world's highest!), expansive beaches, and vibrant fishing villages. The nutrient-rich coastal waters are a favorite of whales, which can sometimes be spotted swimming off the shore.

On the website Nova Scotia Tourism introduces you to the diverse regions and natural parks.

Towns

Nova Scotia offers everything for a picture-perfect tour.
Our favorite activities are:

A road trip along the Cabot Trail; a beautiful 300 km long coastal road
The UNESCO World Natural Heritage Sites Joggins Fossil Cliffs in the Bay of Fundy and historic Old Town Lunenburg
A game of golf on one of the beautiful golf courses located on the coast

Wake up in a historic county inn
